Well what I did was just say it over and over again, it really helps if you start learning it immediately after you've written it, then it will be stuck in your brain, and also you could try recording yourself saying it, and then just put it on repeat in the background, or when you go to sleep

That recording thing doesn't work for me, I prefer just saying it over and over.
